As I mentioned earlier my old meditation technique was simple. I should cleanse my mind of thoughts by visualizing a single image for a while, but my problem was I couldn't do this for very long time and my thoughts ran away with me. Suddenly I was thinking of everything else.

My new technique is based on audio during meditation (brainwave entrainment audio).
The technique is as simple as the old one. Instead of visualizing an image, I use my powers now to listen to the alpha brainwave audio, which automatically forces my brain to go to the alpha brainstate. This happens very quickly and is almost completely hypnotic to me. Now my thoughts aren’t running away and I do not waste my time anymore when meditating. I would definitely recommend others to try this method.

Meditation reasons

There are probably many different reasons to meditate and meditation can have many beneficial effects on the body. As previously described my reason was to get more relaxed. This succeeded but I was spending too much time reaching the target. I began to seek more information and discovered the topic brainwaves. It turned out the brain works in different brainwaves and during meditation it works in BRAINWAVES ALPHA.

My old meditation techniques

The methods my friend taught me to use was very simple. It was necessary to cleanse my mind of thoughts and this should be done by sitting comfortably and visualize on simple things like an apple or a candle, whatever, it should just be simple.
My visualized image was a burning candle, it was as if it naturally made me more calm, but my problem was my thoughts quickly ran away with me and suddenly I was thinking on everything else but my visualized image. This meant it took too long time for me to do a decent and rewarding meditation.
One day as I surfed the web I luckily stumpled into BRAINWAVE ENTRAINMENT and this would prove to be a big change for me.

Meditation and alpha brainwaves

I remember it very clearly, the first time I was introduced to meditation. Actually one of my friends introduced me to the subject.
I was going through a rather stressed time and really needed to relax, but I just couldn't or at least I didn't know how to. Anyway my friend introduced me to meditation and learned me some simple techniques. They worked quite well and actually they helped me to relax much more then I was used to.
Unfortunately I have always been a slow learner and although the techniques worked well for me they also consumed a lot of my time. In other words it took me a lot of time to reach the relaxing meditation state.
Back then I didn't know anything about alpha brainwaves or brainwaves at all. Fortunately I do now and I also know a technique to reach the meditation brainstate almost instant and definitely much faster than the old meditation techniques I used to use.
